PODIATRY PRACTICE ACT 2005
The Podiatry Practice Act 2005 was assented to on 21 April 2005. Regulations will now need to be drafted, a new Board appointed, and once that process is complete the Act will be proclaimed.
DRAFT CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & PRACTICE
The Board recently formed a joint committee with representatives from the Australian Podiatry Association SA and the School of Health Sciences (Podiatry) University of South Australia, to formulate a comprehensive Code of Conduct for podiatrists.
The joint committee are now seeking comments from the profession on the draft Code. Please click on the link below to view/download this document:

Comments should be submitted to the Board by 24 June 2005.
