The Board formed a Review Committee (membership consisting representatives from the Board, the APodA (SA), and the University of South Australia) to revise its Code of Professional Conduct & Practice in accordance with the new Podiatry Practice Act 2005.
Comments were sought from the profession on the revised draft Code and the final draft was then sent to the Minister for Health for approval, as required by the Act. Subsequent amendments requested by the Minister were made, and the amended draft Code was then re-submitted for approval on 28 February 2007.
