DRAFT POLICY - Assistants in Podiatry Practice

The Board has developed a DRAFT policy for registered podiatrists re: assistants in podiatry practice. Given that podiatrists are vicariously liable for the conduct of employees, the Board is preparing this policy as a guide to the profession on the role responsibilities of the practitioner and the assistant, and tasks which may or may not be delegated to assistants.
